The Gecko Kid Guarantee:

Here at the Gecko Kid we stand behind the geckos we breed. Our geckos should arrive at your doorstep healthy, of top quality, and most importantly arrive alive! We guarantee our geckos to be sexed right if stated on website as well as carry any heterozygous trait specified if stated as well.

If animal arrives dead:

If for some unfortunate reason your animal should arrive dead these directions below must be followed for a replacement or full refund.   

• Package must be signed for on first attempted delivery by shipping carrier. 
• You must contact us within one hour of receiving package with dead gecko explaining the situation.
• Colored pictures must be sent of gecko and packaging to us via email.
• You are responsible for shipping the deceased gecko back to us in original packaging if the gecko kid requires so.

We hope something like this never happens but if it does we will do everything we can to rectify the situation.  If these directions are not followed The Gecko Kid has the right to refuse this guarantee.

Health Guarantee:

We give our geckos a 30-day health guarantee.  Please contact us immediately with any health issues if for some reason your gecko has them.  If improper care and husbandry by the buyer is determined than The Gecko Kid has the right to refuse this health guarantee.

Payment:

We accept payment by Pay Pal, Cash, Money Order, and Or Cashiers Check.   All payments must be paid in full and cleared before shipment of animal.  Sales tax is included in the cost of all the geckos sold so you don’t have to worry about any additional costs.

Shipping:

Geckos must be paid in full prior to shipment.  Shipping will be handled through “Ship your reptiles” and will be an additional cost to the buyer.  Shipments will be made Monday-Wednesday, we will not ship any other days.  Geckos will be shipped next day air and should arrive at your doorstep by 10:30 am depending on location of buyer.  If you have not received it by then you must contact us immediately.  The Gecko Kid will cover any error incurred by the carrier if this happens.  We are able to ship multiple geckos in one box so there will be a flat rate for shipment of geckos.  Our goal is to keep your shipping costs as low as possible.  We reserve the right to delay your shipment if extreme weather occurs or is in the forecast.  If this happens you will be contacted immediately and your gecko will be shipped out at your next earliest convenience.   You will be given a tracking number for your shipment so you will know where it is at until it arrives at your doorstep.  At this time we are only available to ship to the Continental US.
